During a 1-hour meeting with your rehab professional, we will discuss your training history, and put you through physical assessments. Come to your appointment prepared to work!
Within 48 hours on business days, you will receive a rehab program explaining the findings of the assessment and providing recommendations on what to do next.

ARE VIRTUAL REHAB SERVICES REALLY EFFECTIVE?
In short, YES, virtual rehab services can be really effective. However, for the most efficient process, nothing beats in person.
HOW ARE REHAB PROGRAMS INTEGRATED WITH MY TRAINING?
After your appointment, you will receive a break down from your rehab & injury management coach explaining your test results, rehab program, and providing instructions for you or your coach on progressing back into normal training for your sport.
